DOYLES acquires Tanner Oil Tools

June 28, 2007 – DOYLES (Corpus Christi and Houston,TX) today announced that it has acquired Tanner Oil Tools (Houston, TX). Tanner Oil Tools is a 30-year old company and a leader in the supply and repair of blowout preventer equipment to the drilling industry.

Tanner Oil Tools was founded in 1976 by Rusty Tanner. Tanner Oil Tools has a veryloyal customer base that has resulted from their honest reputation ofproviding quality blowout preventer products, repair and unmatched service at a fair price that has been recognized throughout the oil and gas industry.

DOYLES, in business since 1974, is an API licensed facility that provides pressure control products and services to the drilling industry. With a corporate office in Corpus Christi specializing in the manufacture of choke and kill manifolds and API-6A, 16A, and 16C drilling equipment and a Houston facility that specializes in the sale of blowout preventers and accessories, the acquisition ofTanner Oil Tools advances Doyle’s Valves overall goal to build an unmatched BOP repair and manufacture facility in Houston.
