D-Checkmaster Check Valve
The DOYLES Checkmaster check valve is a heavy-duty, one-way drop check valve for choke and kill manifolds. The valve is made up of precision machined parts that are carefully inspected and tested. The valve offers long, trouble-free service and is simple and inexpensive to repair.
Features
- One-piece forged steel body, constructed from rugged materials that exceed API specification 6A.
- Valve trims are available for H2S service, arctic service, CO2 service, as well as standard service.
- A conical plus is incorporated to reduce cutting action of the valve seat, thus assuring positive closing at all times. Seal is unaffected by vibration or pressure variations and seals equally well in low or high volumes and pressures.
- Can be installed in a horizontal or vertical position.
- Valve is fully repairable without removing from line.
- Bolted bonnet uses 3H hex nuts. A standard hammer wrench can be used.
- Replaceable lip-type bonnet seal is used to control bonnet make-up for zero standoff. This feature eliminates corrosion on bolts and tapped holes.
- Replaceable lip-type seat seal is used to provide leak-proof connections.
- Non-threaded seat presents a large seating area to give exceptionally long service. No internal threads to gall or corrode.
- API licensed to highest Product Specification Level.
Optional Features:
- The DOYLES Checkmaster has an optional “lock-open” device. This option is to reduce down time during required BOP stack pressure testing, by allowing the check valve to remain in the “open” position.
- The DOYLES Swingmaster is a full opening swing check valve. This check valve allows unobstructed, straight, full bore flow.
