DOYLES has obtained its API 6A certification for repair and remanufacture, and carries a five-million-dollar insurance policy to back it up. In addition, we continuously strive to improve our operations.
Quality is definitely "job one" at DOYLES. Each order is processed in conformance with API Q1, 6A, and RP6AR. Each piece of equipment is processed through this system, beginning with the initial sales contact to ensure that all customer specifications are understood and performed. The equipment is then followed throughout the repair and remanufacture process with stringent in-process inspections performed by trained and qualified personnel.
Qualified personnel that have been vetted to ensure compliance with industry specifications perform all special processes such as machine work, welding, stress relieving, and non-destructive examination. Hydrostatic testing is also performed to ensure mechanical functionality and to identify any non-conformances. This enables DOYLES to correct problems before delivery, eliminating unnecessary customer downtime. Finally, quality assurance personnel perform a final inspection before shipment to verify that all customer requirements have been met.
